Max Factor Mastertouch Under-eye Concealer

I haven’t really used Max Factor for a while, but I wanted a new concealer and I saw this one so I thought I’d Mastertouch a go! It’s quite light for a concealer, which is strange to me because I’m so pale that I rarely can find anything that will match me properly. I got Ivory 303 shade, this is practically the same colour as my skin, so if you’re not very pale then you’re going to want to get a darker one. I don’t just use it exclusively as an under-eye concealer like it says it is. I use it to cover blemishes and because it’s so light it’s perfect to use as a highlighter down the middle of my nose. It’s not as effective at covering blemishes, but for under your eyes and any areas you want to highlight it’s good.

How it works and what I think of Max Factor Mastertouch

I love the twist up mechanism on it.. you twist the base and the liquid comes out of the angled applicator sponge on the top which makes it super easy to apply. This is the second one I’ve bought and the first lasted me a good few months. I guess how long it would last you depends on how often you wear makeup and how many areas of your face you use it on, but for me it lasted a few months. I tried to get a picture of it against my skin, but you couldn’t even tell that I had it on really so it seemed pretty pointless! Would I recommend this? Yes, I would.. but for its purpose as an under-eye concealer and not for blemishes. I think I need to pick myself up something else for that.. I welcome suggestions!

It wasn’t very pricey, which is good, at the time of writing this post it was £5.37 on Amazon. There are three different shades to choose from too: Ivory, Fair and Beige.

What concealer do you guys use? Would you consider giving this one a try?
