Whole Earth Peanut Butter – Sunflower, Pumpkin & Flax Seeds

Peanut butter is often associated with being calorific and bad for us.. but it’s actually pretty good for you, in moderation of course. It’s an amazing source of fibre, protein, vitamins and minerals. It’s also really filling!

Whole Earth Peanut Butter naturally good

I was looking for a peanut butter that was healthier than most available in the shops and came across the Whole Earth brand. They have many varieties of peanut butter to choose from, but the “Peanut butter with Sunflower, Pumpkin & Flax Seeds” caught my eye. I’m trying to eat healthier to manage a condition I have, which is PCOS. I’m now taking a natural approach to managing my symptoms and it was recommended that I have peanut butter with wholemeal to keep me fuller for longer and the book I’ve been following recommended lots of different seeds for their nutritional properties.

Thoughts on Whole Earth Peanut Butter

I’m really fussy when it comes to food.. I usually hate food that has bits in it, I like everything smooth and I turn my nose up to most things. I decided that if I stood a chance at managing my symptoms I would need to step out of my comfort zone and give new things a try. Completely surprised myself with this as it’s actually really nice. I just have to not think too much about the seeds in it or I’d put myself off! I don’t really notice the seeds in it though (fortunately) and it tastes fantastic, I definitely recommend it. It’s very tasty and keeps you going without feeling hungry, which is always a bonus in my book. It has no added sugar, no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives too, which makes it a great natural choice. It’s particularly tasty on a toasted wholemeal bagel.
